Kumon Learning Center in Rockwall TX is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant to join our team!
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and students, is patient and
responsible, and can create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Position Kumon Assistant – Part-Time in Rockwall TX ScheduleWe are looking for someone who can work 2–3 days per week, primarily:
Monday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM
-6:30 PM
Tuesday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM
-6:30 PM
Thursday: 3:30–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM
-6:30 PM
Friday / Weekend:
As needed
Applicants who can consistently work these days and times are preferred.
PayStarting pay: $10.50/hour
Up to $12.00/hour based on performance, reliability, and attendance
Responsibilities- Assist students with Math and Reading worksheets
- Check and grade student work
- Provide encouragement and guidance to students
- Help maintain an organized and positive classroom environment
- Follow Kumon instructional procedures
- Assist with general center duties as needed
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Patient and comfortable working with children
- Strong basic Math and Reading skills
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience working with children or tutoring is a plus, but not required

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
