What You'll Do Coordinate with technicians to identify necessary repairs and maintenance, and communicate findings to customers

Estimate costs and time required for repairs and maintenance, and provide quotes to customers

Advise customers on recommended repairs and maintenance, and negotiate service agreements

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and repair orders

What You'll Bring2+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor role or related field

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and industry standards

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other software applications

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
