Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst

We are looking for a full‑time Senior Credit Analyst.
Job Duties- Perform financial covenant calculations for compliance monitoring and provide required compliance certificates and reports.
- Manage financial reporting for customers, including rent rolls, borrowing bases, and other loan agreement requirements.
- Identify and report violations within loan agreements and support the credit committee.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, complete annual review loan packages, and make recommendations on risk grading and exposure limits.
- Conduct regular loan portfolio reviews across all credit types, ensuring asset quality and regulatory compliance.
- Determine creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit bureau reports, SEC filings, bond ratings, grants, tax returns, and letters of credit.
- Review third‑party reports, cash flow analysis, credit strength, and property characteristics for each application.
- Monitor and test compliance with loan covenants, prepare borrowing bases, and assist in draw processing.
- Apply bank underwriting guidelines to produce basic to intermediate credit analysis for new extensions, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications.
- Prepare annual reviews of lending relationships, analyzing updated financial information and market data to verify borrower creditworthiness.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of managerial reports.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and company policies.
- Complete all required regulatory compliance training.
- Participate in special lending‑related projects and meetings as directed.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Ability to use key performance metrics and data to provide insights and make strategic business recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills to organize, interpret, and explain complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Required travel to business locations.
Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1‑hour lunch break.
Education, Experience & Licenses- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 hours of college‑level accounting, including Intermediate I & II.
- Prior nCino experience.
- At least 3 years of underwriting experience.
The physical demands include repetitive motion, prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Ability to use office equipment, work extended hours, travel off‑site, and maintain regular attendance. Vision acuity is required for data analysis, document handling, and extended computer use.
