City of Rockwall seeks an experienced Finance Director under the City Manager to lead all fiscal activities, including budgeting, accounting, debt and treasury management, billing and revenue collection, and purchasing. The role provides executive supervision of the Finance Department and helps shape city’s financial policies and annual budget.
Candidate should have a BA in Accounting/Finance, CPA or GFOA preferred, and at least five years in municipal finance with supervisory responsibility.
