Registered Behavior Technician

Overview

• Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism in the Cleburne, TX area. This role involves direct 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions
• Communicate session progress and strategies with caregivers
• Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Active RBT certification preferred (training and support available for qualified candidates)
• Reliable transportation to assigned service locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in working with children with developmental disabilities

• Monday–Friday
• Availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• In-home services

• $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials
