Life Enrichment (Activities) Coordinator

We are looking for outstanding individuals to lead the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Coordinator. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by overseeing the activity program and ensuring residents have a variety of engaging daily activities that stimulate the mind, body and spirit.
The schedule varies by location, but may require some weekends.
Responsibilities- Develop the monthly life enrichment calendar to help meet the physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents
- Oversee service plans and personal interviews with residents to gain insight into preferences and abilities
- Train all staff participating in life enrichment programs
- Maintain a volunteer program and ensure they are trained and supervised
- Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving a company bus and/or vehicle when needed
- Monitor budget, equipment, and supplies to ensure that the activity schedule can be completed successfully
- Capture and share photos and videos of residence activities on company-approved social media and publication platforms, according to company standards
- Assist the Sales Director with the planning and delivery of community events or activities at the community
- Design the physical layout and decorations for activities, displays, and other life enrichment products that meet company standards
- Review the activity program to ensure that it meets all state, federal, company, and other regulations and guidelines
