What You’ll Do:

• Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide meal prep, companionship, and medication reminders
• Encourage healthy habits and independence
• Observe, document, and report changes to care team
• Provide gentle redirection, reassurance, and routine to help reduce confusion and anxiety.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that support memory, connection, and joy.
• Observe and report behavioral or cognitive changes to the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Prior memory care experience is required.
• A caring, dependable person with a passion for helping others
• Great communicator who loves connecting with people

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
