Rising Spurs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for clients located in the following Rockwall area zip code:
75087
. This opportunity is ideal for RBTs who are passionate about supporting children and families through high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

• Monday–Friday: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development through structured online and in-person training.

Work closely with experienced BCBAs who provide consistent mentorship, feedback, and guidance.

Gain experience across multiple service settings, including in-home, in-clinic, and school-based services.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Prepare therapy materials and activities
• Collaborate with families and model intervention strategies
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Required:
  
  Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children with developmental differences

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
