The Spine Team Texas Procedure Scheduler is responsible for scheduling all injections and procedures for patients. This position may be cross‑trained to schedule surgeries for STT surgeons as a back‑up. The Procedure Scheduler must maintain active communication regarding patient status/progress with health team members and health care providers. The role requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Spine Team Texas.
The Procedure Scheduler reports directly to the Scheduling Supervisor or Manager.

- Schedule all injections and procedures performed by Spine Team Texas physicians.
- Coordinate follow‑up appointments.
- Possibly cross‑train to schedule surgeries for STT surgeons as a back‑up.
- Maintain close interaction with physicians and patients, complying with all HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Participate in Spine Conference as required.
- Provide quality customer service, maintain confidentiality, solve problems, and ensure accuracy with work.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Spine Team Texas Clinical Director.

Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentMust be able to sit for long periods, work in a well‑lit, air‑conditioned office environment, and lift a minimum of 5 pounds. Must be able to work under pressure. Tasks involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous surgery and procedure scheduling experience required.
- Centricity experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational ability.
- Ability to plan and execute work projects.
- Ability to work productively, either independently or with others.
- Proficient in communicating in the English language both written and verbally.
