Oaklin Lane is hiring an OT Tech to support our OT team at our neighborhood clinic in Lake Highlands — the role behind the roles that keep a clinic humming.

You’ll work alongside licensed OTs and COTAs, learn from every session, and be part of a team that invests in you from day one.

Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

• Help OTs and COTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessions
• Support therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safe
• Sanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the day
• Help with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areas
• Keep an eye on inventory and flag when supplies need to be restocked
• Help keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to be
• Show up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culture
• Pitch in on admin and operational support as needed

Oaklin Lane is expanding access to pediatric therapy across a growing network of neighborhood clinics. The role you play here — the one that keeps the gym running — is the same role we’ll need at every clinic we open next.

You are:

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Interested in pediatric healthcare, OT, kinesiology, or a related field
• Great with kids, or excited to be
• A strong teammate who brings good energy to every session
• Physically able to lift, move, and assist with equipment safely

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children (a plus, not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time — Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a lunch break), four-day work week, no nights or weekends
• Stipend for medical, vision, and dental
