This outpatient Physical Therapist role is based in Rockwall, a thriving lakeside community just east of Dallas. As a Physical Therapist here, you will work in a collaborative, professional environment focused on patient-centered outcomes and continuous clinical growth. You will manage an outpatient caseload that typically includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical patients, sports-related injuries, and work-related issues.

A typical day involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise tailored to each patient's goals and functional needs. Clinical responsibilities include performing thorough musculoskeletal assessments, establishing functional goals, and providing interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities as appropriate. You will educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term results.

Communication with referring physicians and other healthcare providers is an important part of the role to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Patient scheduling is designed to allow for meaningful one-on-one treatments, appropriate follow-up visits, and consistent reassessment of progress. Caseload volume is aligned with outpatient standards, allowing you to focus on clinical quality while contributing to clinic productivity. The clinic environment supports collaboration among therapists and support staff, with opportunities to consult on complex cases and share best practices.

Shifts are generally daytime clinic hours on weekdays, with the possibility of occasional extended hours depending on patient and clinic needs.
