Behavioral Innovations – Rockwall Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.
Schedule:
Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.
Full-time preferred; part-time requires 25+ hours weekly. Compensation starts at $15/hr, rising through RBT levels to $21/hr for Senior RBT, with BI support for certification.
