Trend Personnel Services, a division of TrendHR, is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in Rockwall. This is a true full-desk recruiting role, combining business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruiting. This is a base + commission role (no draw).

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and connecting top talent with outstanding employers. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple industries (finance & accounting, engineering, legal, HR, construction management) while helping organizations solve critical hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building activities
  • Source, recruit, and place executive, professional, and skilled talent across a variety of industries
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Consistently generate candidate referrals, client leads, and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Achieve individual recruiting, sales, and placement goals
Qualifications
  • Proven success in an agency recruiting environment
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking, and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to generate new business while managing active recruiting assignments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and candidate sourcing methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
