Technology & Systems Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing North Texas-based organization to identify a Technology & Systems Manager who will lead the execution of key technology initiatives across the business.

This is a highly hands-on role focused on systems implementation, process improvement, and coordinating IT operations — ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, managing vendors, and bringing structure to evolving environments.

You will partner closely with leadership and operational teams to implement software, improve workflows, and ensure technology effectively supports day-to-day business execution across multiple locations.

• Lead and execute cross-functional technology projects from planning through rollout and adoption
• Oversee implementation and integration of business systems, automation tools, and operational platforms
• Support and optimize systems used in field service operations (dispatch, scheduling, job tracking, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through technology
• Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, and processes
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations including onboarding, troubleshooting, and user support
• Coordinate internal support staff and external managed service providers (MSPs)
• Ensure reliable performance of systems, hardware, and user access across locations
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external technology vendors

• Partner with department leaders to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives
• Manage project timelines, priorities, testing, and user adoption
• Drive accountability across vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

• Support cybersecurity efforts in partnership with vendors (access controls, endpoint protection, backups)
• Maintain technology standards, best practices, and system reliability
• Help ensure business continuity across all locations

• 5+ years of experience in systems implementation, IT operations, or technology project leadership
• Experience supporting or implementing business systems, ERP platforms, or field service applications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with managed service providers and third-party vendors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role

• Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or field service environments
• Exposure to Service Titan or similar field service management systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, integrations, or automation tools
• Experience supporting multi-location operations
