We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our production and facility equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of CNC and fabrication equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency.
Our facility includes a variety of equipment such as laser cutting systems, press brakes, turret punches, and other automated machinery, including AMADA equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during downtime
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe operation before returning to service
- Communicate maintenance needs and schedules with production teams
- Assist with equipment installations, moves, and facility maintenance as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment required)
- Experience with CNC or fabrication equipment strongly preferred
- Experience with laser systems, press brakes, or turret punches a plus
- AMADA experience preferred, but not required
- Electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, controls, wiring) preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Must have own basic tools
