• Forge & Fabricate — Cut, bend, and shape steel, aluminum, and other metals using saws, shears, presses, and rollers.
• Weld Like a Pro — MIG, TIG, stick — strong, clean welds every time.
• Custom Builds — Fabricate frames, supports, brackets, and specialty pieces from technical drawings and schematics.
• Finish Strong — Grind, polish, and prepare metal for coatings or other treatments.
• Assembly & Integration — Fit metalwork into larger builds for seamless results.
• Equipment Care — Maintain welding and cutting tools for peak performance.
• Safety First — Follow all shop safety protocols and use PPE properly.

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience with metal shop machinery (brakes, rollers, plasma cutters, etc.).
• Ability to read and execute from technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills for custom builds.
• Precision, craftsmanship, and pride in your work.
• Sheet metal, structural steel, and aluminum fabrication experience.
• Welding certifications preferred but not required.

• PPE required and provided.
• Flexible hours, occasional overtime, and travel as needed.
