General Labor Associate
Location:
Rockwall, TX
Schedule:
12-Hour Shifts | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on position
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join a manufacturing team in Rockwall, TX. Associates may be assigned to work as Fillers, Pre-Batchers, or Compounders, supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Positions & Pay Rates:
- Filler – $17.00/hour (Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Pre-Batcher – $19.00/hour (Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Compo under – $20.00/hour (Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with production and manufacturing operations.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials for production.
- Operate production equipment as trained.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
