Agave Wire is seeking a Lead to oversee production operations in Rockwall, TX. You will guide daily shift activities, train operators, assist with start-ups and changeovers, and help meet production targets while emphasizing safety and quality.
This is an hourly, non-exempt role requiring five+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime is required.
