Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

My Work Choice  is hiring a 1st Shift Assembler for a light industrial and manufacturing partner. In this on-site role, you will assemble and inspect products using basic hand tools, follow work instructions, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. You'll support consistent production output, document counts and defects, and communicate issues to supervisors. Responsibilities

• Assemble light industrial and manufacturing components according to work instructions and diagrams.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace cleanliness standards.
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality goals for the 1st shift schedule.
• Report issues with materials, equipment, or processes to supervisors promptly.

• Choice coordinators to adjust to shift needs.
• Document production counts, errors, and completed work as required.
• Participate in training on new processes, tools, or quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
