Registered Nurses (RN) in Rockwall, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $26 - $38

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. This position is offered for full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
