Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe. Shift: Nights, 7p-7a. Sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 for external candidates.
Qualifications- Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum 2 years Charge RN experience.
- Minimum 5 years Emergency Department RN experience.
- Patient population:
Adult, Pediatric, Geriatric. - Patient ratios: 4:1, up to 5:1 during surge.
- Emergency Department bed capacity: 20 beds.
