Advanced Practitioner, Full-Time - Multi-Clinic Greater DFW Area
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. This hybrid role offers a flexible work environment, with a few days spent at our Dallas Fort Worth Clinics. You will oversee infusion care provided by nurses in our physician‑based ambulatory infusion centers via telehealth as needed, create and maintain individualized care plans, and serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures and evaluating patients’ needs throughout the treatment process. You will provide compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal regulations, company policies and guidelines, all within your scope of practice.
Primary Responsibilities- Review and evaluate clinical information from referring physician offices and admit appropriate patients for infusion.
- Evaluate newly referred patients and develop initial plans of care.
- Monitor plans of care and make necessary changes.
- Perform pertinent physical exams and assess findings on new patients to confirm suitability for infusion.
- Review lab reports and request diagnostic studies as needed.
- Recognize situations requiring immediate physician attention and initiate life‑saving procedures when necessary.
- Consult with the supervising Medical Director as necessary.
- Document infusion orders and notes in the electronic medical record.
- Promote company quality outcome initiatives.
- Delegate responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.
- Follow company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide patient education and answer questions from patients and physicians.
- Enforce HIPAA compliance guidelines.
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of service.
- ONC/ONCC Certified (preferred).
- Current DEA license.
- Experience in rheumatology and/or infusion (preferred).
- 1-3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, time‑management and collaborative skills.
- Strong knowledge of confidential and regulatory compliance practices.
- Pay Range: $58.00 – $62.00 per hour
- Bonus Plan Target: 5% annually (based on performance)

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Primary location will be Cedar Hill, TX.
