Full time, Regular Time. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Shift: UR – Day (United States of America). 8‑hour shift. LPN position in fast‑paced Ambulatory Women’s Health Practice.

Hourly rate within the range $25.79 – $33.52. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries/hours will be determined by market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, remaining accountable for assigned patients.
• Contribute to unit activities and support enhancements to the care delivery system.
• Work as a team member and assist other staff with implementing patient care.
• Assume responsibility for patient care under the direction of a co‑assigned RN or MD.
• Participate in care planning, implement nursing interventions, and contribute to patient/family education through data collection, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and communication.
• Act as office manager: prepare patients for provider exams, set up for procedures, and administer medication.
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.
