Registered Nurse / RN II – Labor & Delivery Full Time Nights

Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032

Work Hours:

Full Time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour Night shifts 7pm-7am including weekends and holidays

Training:
Must attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire.

• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required or
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
• 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
• Texas RN – Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required upon hire and maintained quarterly
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and
• NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and
• NRPA – Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and
• IFM – Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required within 2 years of hire
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
• STABLE Program completion recommended
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring course completion preferred
