TK Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team at the Rockwall County Jail. • Provide direct nursing care based on individualized patient needs
• Perform dependent and independent nursing functions within LVN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with policy and standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

• Valid, unrestricted Texas LVN license
• Current CPR
• Ability to pass a background check
• New graduates welcome
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required

• PRN position
• Rotating weekends
• Vaccines not mandatory
• In-person role at the facility
