Description:

** This person will provide technical assistance to customers and the sales team. Support quality control, sales, and R&D departments by providing on-site technical expertise related to customer complaints and approval processes.

*** Assess packaging equipment set up and performance.
* Evaluate how SPRs films and bags run on various lines.
* Troubleshoot and identify opportunities to improve product compatibility and efficiency.
* Lead root cause investigations for quality control claims.
* Collaborate on product development and improvement initiatives.## Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
* The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge
* Ability to interact confidently with operators, engineers, plant managers and purchasing teams.
* Will work cross functionally to enhance product performance and strengthen customer relationship
* Provide opportunities for SPR’s flexible packaging and agriculture solutions.
* Positive and energetic individuals that can work well with all levels of an organization; must be able to get along well with others and willing to work long hours when needed
* Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – MS Excel, Access, Word, Power Point
* Experience with industrial packaging equipment is preferred but not required.
