• Complete PLACE Launch training.
• Execute weekly PLACE lead-generation systems.
• Consult with buyers and sellers, secure signed agreements, identify homes, and convert listings.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through transactions.
• Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses each month and convert prospecting into appointments.
• Participate in script practice, team activities, coaching, training, and Partner Calls.

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

$150,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
