Job Description

Have a great time while making the best tasting burger in D/FW. The ideal candidate will be trained to work all stations in the kitchen. A typical shift includes cooking each ticket to order, baking bread, cutting potatoes for French fries, and selling mouth‑watering food. Line Cooks are responsible for knowing and following food safety and helping to clean the equipment and kitchen.

• Know menu and read guest orders as they come in.
• Know how to use each piece of equipment and all recipes to make each order correctly.
• Practice safe handling of all food.
• Keep your area and the kitchen clean and sanitary.
• Prepare items for the shift as necessary (bread, potatoes, produce).
• Work at a reasonable pace to get each order out in a timely fashion.
• Be responsible for yourself and your contribution to the team.
• Only serve food that meets our standards of excellence.
• Have fun while you work and help create a positive environment for everyone.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
