The Kroger Company - 2935 Ridge Road - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department and help meet customer expectations for easy shopping and quality service;
Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles and act as in-charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable;
Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs and maintain the intake of customer orders and distribution of work;
Print and distribute order labels and troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment to ensure smooth operations;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment and report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager
