The Bakery Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Bakery Department, including sales, production, merchandising, inventory management, food safety, customer service, and associate development. This position ensures the department delivers high-quality bakery products while achieving sales, profitability, and operational goals. The Bakery Manager maintains department standards for freshness, presentation, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance while creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Bakery Department.
• Ensure products are produced, displayed, and maintained according to company quality and freshness standards.
• Maintain attractive, fully stocked, and properly merchandised displays.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
• Monitor department conditions to ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence.
• Execute seasonal merchandising plans, promotional programs, and special events.

• Manage ordering, receiving, inventory control, and product replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper production planning to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
