As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You provide hands-on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations. • Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance with RTM-negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high-visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships: partnering with store personnel- including receivers, department managers, and store leadership to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support capability building: reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop for future leadership: building the operational, communication, and problem-solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles.
• Stay Safe and Compliant:
  Embrace the physical nature of the role- including lifting, bending, and moving product- while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies to ensure safe and responsible driving across the territory.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends.
