What You'll DoGreet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages

Provide basic information to customers and visitors, such as directions and hours of operation

Help with administrative tasks, such as photocopying and filing

What You'll Bring1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role Ability to stand for long periods of time Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
