Advisors in this role meet with 4–6 pre-qualified retirement prospects each week through a consistent seminar and marketing engine.
This is built for advisors who want to spend their time in real client conversations and closing business — not trying to create their own pipeline.
The firm added ~$44M in new AUM last year and is continuing to scale with a model designed to support strong producers.
What This Role Looks Like:- Meet with pre-qualified individuals who have already expressed interest through seminars and marketing
- Run structured discovery meetings and guide prospects through the decision process
- Present retirement income and planning strategies in a clear, practical way
- Convert new relationships into long-term clients and manage those relationships over time
- Lead educational seminars approximately every 3–5 weeks
- Consistent flow of qualified prospects — no cold calling or chasing referrals
- Focus on closing and relationship-building
, not prospecting - Proven seminar and marketing system already in place
- Opportunity to build a book with strong long-term earning potential
- Growing firm with expansion plans and leadership that has scaled this model before
- Experience in a client-facing financial advisor or wealth management role with responsibility for bringing in new client relationships
- Comfortable leading in-person meetings and guiding financial decisions
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics for clients
- Series 65 or 66 (Life & Health required)
- Clean compliance history
- Base salary + uncapped production structure
- Realistic first-year earnings: $180K–$250K+ based on performance
- 401(k) with employer match

- Office closed between Christmas and New Year’s
