The "Effort
vs
. Reward" You were hired to drive revenue, but your paycheck relies on variables you can't control. You aren't afraid of the grind or putting in the hours to win, but you expect your compensation to actually match your effort. Instead, you watch your earning potential get throttled by corporate caps, bad lead distribution, or arbitrary rules. No matter how good you are at closing, you are ultimately at the mercy of a broken structure.
You aren't limited by your ability. You're limited by the system.
TheShift:
We are a $45M+ residential restoration company. We don't believe great salespeople should sit at a desk and wait for opportunity—we believe you should create it.
We are looking for elite, hungry sales professionals who want to transition their closing skills into a high-margin, proactive outside sales role. We provide full training.
What You DON’T Do Here:- Sit at a desk waiting for traffic
- Compete for scraps in a floor rotation
- Depend on a desk manager to "feed" you deals
- Work 60–70 hours a week just to stay even
- Generate and manage your own pipeline
- Meet homeowners and lead the sales conversation
- Inspect properties to initiate the project
- Ensure a strong customer experience on build day
Most top producers don't want less structure—they want better structure. We offer control, stability, and massive upside:
- Comprehensive health insurance and benefits
- Schedule flexibility
- Active paths to step into sales leadership roles as we expand
We don't do resume black holes. When you apply, our team will review your background and reach out to schedule a brief overview call with our CEO. It is a straightforward conversation to see if our structure aligns with your goals. No hype, no pressure.
Ready to have your effort rewarded? Apply today to start the conversation.
