We are currently hiring for communities in Heath, Rockwall, Wylie, and Forney.

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll partner with an experienced sales professional in a beautifully appointed model home within one of our 30+ premier communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In this consultative sales role, you'll guide home buyers through one of life's most important decisions while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position offers outstanding earning potential for motivated, results-driven sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission opportunity during the first three months
• Commission-based earnings after the initial three-month training period
