Sales Representative

As a Home Care Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency—building strong referral relationships with healthcare professionals, educating families on care options, and helping seniors remain safely and independently s is more than just a sales job—it’s a mission-driven opportunity to make a difference every single day.

• Develop and execute a local marketing and referral strategy
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities
• Conduct in‑service presentations and community education events
• Respond quickly to referral inquiries and coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth service starts
• Maintain a database of leads, track referral trends, and report sales activity
• Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly growth targets

• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields (home care, hospice, home health, senior living, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Self‑starter with strong organization and time‑management abilities
• Passion for working with seniors and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and referral networks is a plus
