Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions to support service bookings, generate new business, and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate home-service solutions, and converting leads into scheduled appointments or sales. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Duties & Responsibilities- Receive inbound calls from new and returning customers, provide clear information about company services, and schedule appointments for field technicians.
- Conduct outbound calls to Milestone members to coordinate and schedule their membership service visits.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate strong personal character, integrity, and alignment with company values.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company services and offerings.
- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and effectively manage objections.
- Consistently work toward achieving established company performance metrics and personal sales goals.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant coursework preferred.
- 1–2 years of inside sales, call center, customer service, or related experience (home-services industry experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively, build rapport, and convey information clearly.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in managing objections and guiding customers toward service solutions.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
- 100% on-site, office-based position.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must adhere to company policies, including confidentiality and data security.
- Standard 8-hour shifts with variable start times.
- Remain in a stationary position at a desk or workstation for extended periods of time.
- Operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other standard office equipment with repetitive hand and wrist motions.
- Visual acuity to read data on a computer screen and written documents, as well as auditory ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in person.
- Exchange accurate information clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and management.
- Occasionally lift and/or move office supplies or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Maintain focus and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and sustained periods of customer interaction.
