Outside Sales Representatives

DAX – Dealers Auction Xchange is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our dealer network throughout Texas. In this role, you'll build strong partnerships with automotive dealerships, increase vehicle consignment volume, and help dealers maximize their wholesale success. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys meeting new people, traveling, and driving business growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing automotive dealerships.
• Prospect and onboard new dealer accounts within your assigned territory.
• Increase weekly vehicle consignment volume for auction.
• Visit dealerships regularly to strengthen partnerships and identify business opportunities.
• Educate dealers on DAX’s auction services and help maximize their wholesale returns.
• Represent DAX professionally at dealer visits, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales and growth objectives.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel throughout an assigned territory.
