Madison Professional Group is partnering with a growing DFW wealth management firm on a confidential search for an experienced Financial Advisor/Wealth Advisor.
This is not a “bring your book and build it yourself” opportunity.
The firm provides the marketing, qualified prospect flow, technology, training, investment resources, and back-office infrastructure
. The Wealth Advisor's focus is on what strong advisors do best:
building relationships, uncovering needs, providing guidance, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.
You do not need to transition an existing book of business.
Why This Opportunity Is DifferentThe firm makes a significant investment in creating opportunities for its advisors:
- The firm offers seminars, educational events, client events, and marketing campaigns
- Target pipeline of approximately 6–8 qualified opportunities per week
- Typical prospective households with approximately $600K–$800K in investable assets
, with larger opportunities regularly entering the pipeline - Centralized marketing, operations, scheduling, and investment support
- Established sales and client-engagement process with training and coaching
Rather than operating as a collection of independent advisor practices, the organization is building one scalable wealth management firm with a consistent client experience and repeatable growth model

You will own the relationship-development and conversion process, including:
- Leading discovery, follow-up, and closing meetings
- Converting qualified prospects into new client relationships
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Presenting at seminars, webinars, educational programs, and client events
- Following established Salesforce workflows and client-engagement processes
- Participating in coaching and development designed to improve conversion and client outcomes
- Collaborating with centralized investment, marketing, operations, and service teams

You should be someone who gets satisfaction from developing an opportunity from the initial conversation through becoming a client—not someone looking exclusively to service an inherited book.
Successful candidates will be able to:
- Establish credibility with affluent retirees and pre-retirees
- Translate complex financial concepts into understandable conversations
- Conduct effective discovery and uncover client needs
- Confidently ask for the business when appropriate
- Present comfortably in both one-on-one and group settings
- Follow a proven process while remaining authentic with clients
- Receive coaching and continuously improve
- Contribute to the growth of a multi-location wealth management firm
- 2–3+ years of financial advisory, wealth management, or relevant consultative sales experience
- Series 65 or 66 preferred/required
- Texas Life & Health license preferred/required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-development skills
- Comfortable in a production-oriented environment with measurable goals
- Ability to work in-office in DFW
, with initial training based in Rockwall - Availability for occasional evening seminars and client events
The compensation structure is designed to reward advisors as they build production:
Base Salary: Approximately $75K–$80K
, depending on experience, plus benefits
Production Compensation: Approximately 20% of qualifying production
, including recurring AUM compensation under the current structure
The firm's projected earning potential for a successful advisor is approximately:
Year 1: Up to $200K,
Year 2: $300K–$350K and Year 5: $400K–$500K
These figures represent potential outcomes and are not guaranteed compensation
. For high performers, the firm's expansion may also create opportunities for location leadership, advisor mentoring, and potential partnership/equity participation
