Job Description & How to Apply Below

In-Office | No Book of Business Required

Madison Professional Group is partnering with a growing DFW wealth management firm on a confidential search for an experienced Financial Advisor/Wealth Advisor.

This is not a “bring your book and build it yourself” opportunity.

The firm provides the marketing, qualified prospect flow, technology, training, investment resources, and back-office infrastructure
. The Wealth Advisor's focus is on what strong advisors do best:
building relationships, uncovering needs, providing guidance, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You do not need to transition an existing book of business.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

The firm makes a significant investment in creating opportunities for its advisors:

  • The firm offers seminars, educational events, client events, and marketing campaigns
  • Target pipeline of approximately 6–8 qualified opportunities per week
  • Typical prospective households with approximately $600K–$800K in investable assets
, with larger opportunities regularly entering the pipeline
  • Centralized marketing, operations, scheduling, and investment support
  • Established sales and client-engagement process with training and coaching

Rather than operating as a collection of independent advisor practices, the organization is building one scalable wealth management firm with a consistent client experience and repeatable growth model
.

What You'll Do

You will own the relationship-development and conversion process, including:

  • Leading discovery, follow-up, and closing meetings
  • Converting qualified prospects into new client relationships
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Presenting at seminars, webinars, educational programs, and client events
  • Following established Salesforce workflows and client-engagement processes
  • Participating in coaching and development designed to improve conversion and client outcomes
  • Collaborating with centralized investment, marketing, operations, and service teams
Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is designed for a mature, competitive, coachable relationship-builder who enjoys producing and closing business
.

You should be someone who gets satisfaction from developing an opportunity from the initial conversation through becoming a client—not someone looking exclusively to service an inherited book.

Successful candidates will be able to:

  • Establish credibility with affluent retirees and pre-retirees
  • Translate complex financial concepts into understandable conversations
  • Conduct effective discovery and uncover client needs
  • Confidently ask for the business when appropriate
  • Present comfortably in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Follow a proven process while remaining authentic with clients
  • Receive coaching and continuously improve
  • Contribute to the growth of a multi-location wealth management firm
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of financial advisory, wealth management, or relevant consultative sales experience
  • Series 65 or 66 preferred/required
  • Texas Life & Health license preferred/required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-development skills
  • Comfortable in a production-oriented environment with measurable goals
  • Ability to work in-office in DFW
, with initial training based in Rockwall
  • Availability for occasional evening seminars and client events
Compensation & Growth

The compensation structure is designed to reward advisors as they build production:

Base Salary: Approximately $75K–$80K
, depending on experience, plus benefits

Production Compensation: Approximately 20% of qualifying production
, including recurring AUM compensation under the current structure

The firm's projected earning potential for a successful advisor is approximately:
Year 1: Up to $200K,
Year 2: $300K–$350K and Year 5: $400K–$500K

These figures represent potential outcomes and are not guaranteed compensation
. For high performers, the firm's expansion may also create opportunities for location leadership, advisor mentoring, and potential partnership/equity participation
.
