What You'll DoDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.

Experience with the sales process, from lead generation to close, and ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Experience with sales performance metrics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota achievement.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools, with ability to leverage technology to drive sales efficiency and productivity.

The ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
