Job Description- Installing residential drain, waste, and vent piping
- Ensuring everything installed to state, city and Milestone standards
- Acquiring knowledge, experience, and hours towards plumbing license
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Being willing to learn the Milestone system
- Providing a memorable experience for each customer
Education and Experience
- Valid Apprentice Plumbing license through Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners required
- 3-6 months residential install experience preferred
- Clean driving record and current valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
- Works well in team environment
- Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
- Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods
- Must be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders and tunnels
- Must be able to carry heavy items up and down stairs
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleet
- Must have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.
- Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.
- Must be able to complete a Job Physical Assessment
