What You'll Do:- Lead a winning, digital-first sales team:
Inspire, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales force across WFSB and WWAX, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth across all platforms. You’ll ensure every team member is a digital solutions expert and a strategic marketing partner. - Drive robust local direct revenue:
Develop and execute aggressive strategies to identify, pursue, and close significant new local direct business opportunities for both stations, always integrating powerful digital solutions to maximize client ROI. - Be the full-service digital agency:
You will lead your team to be the comprehensive digital marketing experts for our clients. This means deeply understanding their needs and leveraging our plethora of cutting-edge Gray Digital Media products – from targeted display and video to SEO/SEM, social media management, and connected TV – to build sophisticated, results‑driven campaigns that get real results. - Strategize and execute multi-platform campaigns:
Craft comprehensive sales plans, set ambitious targets, and implement the tactics needed to exceed market share goals and outpace the competition for both WFSB and WWAX, utilizing our dominant market presence and diverse digital and broadcast offerings. - Cultivate deep client partnerships:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, agencies, and our high‑profile sports partners, positioning WFSB as the essential, trusted, full‑spectrum marketing partner for their success. - Innovate with digital at the core:
Champion new products, creative solutions, and cross‑platform opportunities that meet evolving client needs and solidify our position as a market leader in both traditional and forward‑thinking digital media solutions.
