Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager
Join our New England Area Water Team as a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager. In this role you will manage municipal water and wastewater projects across New England, providing professional engineering services from planning and design through construction administration (including public bidding). You may work from any of our offices in Boston, MA;
Springfield, MA;
Worcester, MA;
Rocky Hill, CT;
Portland, ME; or Manchester, NH, and the position is offered on a hybrid schedule.
- Successfully manage water and wastewater projects for new and long-term clients, delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering services through planning, design, and construction.
- Participate in technical and project scoping activities, proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and risk-management protocols.
- Mentor staff to encourage professional growth.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through quality service and networking.
- B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Strong technical expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering, with capability to lead project teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Professional Engineering Registration preferred.
