Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager – New England Water Team

As a Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager joining our New England Area Water Team, you will support our growing water resources market by managing water and wastewater projects from planning through construction. This role is available in Boston, MA;
Springfield, MA;
Worcester, MA;
Rocky Hill, CT;
Portland, ME; or Manchester, NH.

• Successfully manage water and/or wastewater projects for clients, supported by multidisciplinary project teams.
• Participate in technical and project scoping activities and proposal presentations with target clients.
• Lead and participate in technical, cost, and scheduling decisions, maintaining company quality standards and risk management protocols.
• Mentor staff technical development and encourage professional growth.
• Maintain client relationships and actively build new partnerships.

• B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong technical expertise in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering, with capability for technical leadership.
• Excellent organizational, communication and technical writing skills.
• Professional Engineering Registration preferred.

Salary (Massachusetts): $116,000–$197,000, based on experience.
