Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee electrical engineering, electrical design, power distribution, and industrial automation projects.
- Drive the development and implementation of control systems and manufacturing solutions.
- Support engineering operations while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience

- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage technical projects.

- Strong preference for candidates located in the Greater Hartford or Rocky Hill, Connecticut area.
