AECOM’s Water Business Line is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager with a passion forwastewater treatment plant evaluation, design, and construction. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an established career serving as a client-facing project manager on regional and municipal wastewater treatment projects and collection systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to immediately contribute to an established and successful wastewater practice in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area and New England working on a diverse range of technically challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead multi-discipline and complex wastewater design projects from the planning through permitting and construction phases.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects to approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Perform engineering technical reviews and implement AECOM quality standards.
• Point of contact internally and externally for projects and clients in southern New England.
• Develop and mentor mid-level and junior stafffor career development.
• Support business development activities, including technical and cost pricing efforts for proposals.
• Opportunity for participation in water and wastewater organizations through presentations at conferences and volunteering.
