Adhesives business in the United States.
Working in three different locations and business units throughout the program you will:
- Support customer projects through laboratory testing, product evaluations, performance validation, and technical data generation for new and existing applications
- Partner with customers, sale steams, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve technical challenges,optimize processes, and identify new application opportunities
- Analyze test results, develop technical recommendations, and communicate findings through reports,presentations, and customer interactions
- Provide technical support through customer visits, product demonstrations, troubleshooting activities, and training sessions
- Collaborate with teams across
Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales to support innovation and business growth initiatives - Contribute to strategic project sand rotational assignments that may include research, application development,process improvement, and customer-focused business initiatives
- BS in Chemical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or similar degree required
- Mobility required; youwillwork in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotations across various company locations within the region
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills required
- Demonstrated academic achievement(3.0 or above is preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership ability and collaboration within teams (previous internship/co-op experience is preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Available for full time employment
