What you’ll do
  • Join one of Henkel’s core Finance areas – Financial Controlling or Treasury – and contribute to high-priority projects.
  • Perform account reconciliations and assist with month‑end close activities.
  • Support planning and reporting cycles, including variance analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Gain hands‑on experience with SAP‑based processes and core financial operations such as cash management.
  • Participate in structured program activities including finance onboarding, training, mentorship, and networking with finance leadership.
  • Engage in team‑building and community service events as part of a well‑rounded internship experience.
What makes you a good fit
  • Undergraduate student graduating 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze financial data.
  • Keen interest in financial markets.
  • Enthusiastic to learn, curious, and self‑motivated.

Additional information
  • This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid‑August.
  • Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.
  • If a position you applied to is filled by another candidate, you will receive an email from our team alerting you that the position is closed.

The salary for this role is $22–$27 per hour. This is the range we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this salary range may also be modified in the future.
