- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for client contracts
- Manage and forecast expenses for financial reports
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, trend analyses, and expense accruals
- Provide information for monthly journal entries
- Compile and prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports
- Conduct financial and business-related analyses
- Research financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, business improvement, and business investment opportunities
- BA/BS in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting, financial planning, and management reporting, or an approved Finance internship
- Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in budgeting and forecasting preferred
- Hyperion Essbase experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Must reside in Connecticut
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
Demonstrates expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools, particularly Hyperion Essbase and advanced Excel.
