SHIFT: 7p-7a every other weekend

HOURS: 12

LOCATION: 60 West in Rocky Hill, CT

Our RN Supervisors are responsible for:

• Providing daily supervision and coordination of patient care in all units as assigned for licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel in the Nursing Department.
• Maintaining overall responsibility for resident assessments and for the recognition and reporting of resident change of condition to the attending physician.

They must also have:

• Current/active State of Connecticut RN license.
• A Bachelors or Associate Degree in a health related field preferred.
• A current CPR and IV certification.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care and/or in a rehabilitation facility.
• Other experience in Staff Development, Infection Control or MDS is a plus but not required.
